Spanning over 10,000 square meters, the base integrates a fully automated winding line, a constant temperature and humidity casting workshop, a partial discharge testing lab, and a mechanical performance testing center. A PLC-centralized control system oversees core processes, while real-time data from key production parameters is fed into a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring full traceability from raw material intake to finished product delivery. Notably, the company has implemented AI-assisted models in critical areas such as epoxy formulation, fiber tension control, and curing curve optimization, markedly enhancing product consistency and manufacturing yield.

The production base supports a comprehensive range of dry-type bushings, covering voltage classes from 12kV to 550kV. Key product lines include oil-air, oil-SF₆, and oil-oil transformer bushings, high-current transformer bushings, GIS outlet bushings, and wall bushings for specialized applications.
