To ensure ultimate product reliability, we have built an advanced, fully-shielded ultra-high voltage test laboratory capable of testing at 550kV. This specialized environment maintains an exceptionally low background partial discharge (PD) level of below 3pC, which is critical for the accurate assessment of high-capacitance 550kV products.
Our laboratory is equipped with a complete set of precision testing systems, including:
· 1000kV Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test System
· 2400kV Lightning Impulse Voltage Generator
· 600kV zero-partial-discharge, zero-loss standard capacitor
· Intelligent partial discharge and dielectric loss measurement systems
This integrated infrastructure enables full in-house routine and type testing for products up to 550kV. Every bushing undergoes rigorous final inspection before shipment, ensuring full compliance with the latest international and national standards, including IEC 60137-2017 and GB/T 4109-2022.
