Dry-type Condenser bushing

Shandong QiXing Oil-Air Transformer Bushings represent the pinnacle of dry-type condenser bushing technology. Available in both Resin-Impregnated Fiber (RIF/RIS) and Resin-Impregnated Paper (RIP) insulation types, they provide a completely solid, reliable solution for air-terminated transformer connections.
Unitary Solid Dielectric: The RIF/RIS type features a condenser core formed by alternating layers of epoxy-impregnated fiberglass and capacitive grading screens, cured into a monolithic solid. The RIP type utilizes an epoxy-impregnated paper core, achieving exceptional electrical and mechanical strength.
Robust Construction: The high-strength aluminum alloy flange is integrally cast or forged and bonded with the core. External insulation can be silicone rubber sheds, hollow composite insulators, or porcelain housings, all hermetically sealed to the flange.
Zero Maintenance: The oil-free and gas-free design eliminates any risk of leakage, fire, or explosion, ensuring a lifetime of reliable service without routine upkeep.
Custom Design: Engineered to meet specific customer requirements and application challenges.
True dry-type, maintenance-free design for transformer applications.
